What we do

We diagnose why a Google Business Profile was suspended, tell you what to fix, list the evidence to gather, draft appeal notes, and guide you while you submit the appeal from your own Google account.

What we don't do

We are not Google and have no special access to Google. Google alone decides whether a profile is reinstated. We do not guarantee any outcome. We do not ask for or accept your Google password.

Fees

The start fee is due when you submit a case and covers diagnosis and preparation. If we decline your case after review, we refund the start fee. Otherwise it is non-refundable once the diagnosis is delivered. The success fee is due only if Google reinstates the profile covered by your case, and is invoiced when reinstatement is confirmed.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that the information and documents you give us are true and belong to your business, and that you are authorized to act for it. We may decline or end any case that involves misleading information, fake reviews, or a business that isn't yours.

Limits

Our total liability for any case is limited to the fees you paid for that case.
